I supported the launch of a new freebie to grow their email list by designing the content strategy, landing page, pop-up, and email automations (delivery & sales). I also helped clarify new service offerings and led a mini relaunch with updated systems for booking, payment, and email delivery. Currently, I’m improving their post-purchase automations for better client experience and retention.
